August 2020 — SAT Reading is Really Not That Bad
You can get better at Reading—both on the SAT and in real life.
We here at Tutor Ted like to focus on the positive. Believe it or not, it is not impossible to do so when it comes to the SAT Reading. Here's what we love about SAT Reading:
• Getting better at SAT Reading will make you a stronger reader. And that'll make you a better college student.
• You've got time on this section. 52 questions in 65 minutes means you can really dig in to find answers.
• All of the answers are in the passage. The College Board was not joking around when they named this the "Evidence-Based Reading" section. (Would I have included an adjective in the name of the section? No, I would not. But as a test prep expert, I appreciate the insight it provides.)
Is it easy? No. Is it fun? Um... no. Not remotely.
Can you improve your score on it significantly? You bet you can.
Jump in and tackle SAT Reading with perfect-scorer Tutor Ted. You'll be glad you did.
